was reached providing that at at approximately 10 a.m., on Tuesday, May
16, 2023, Senate begin consideration of H.J. Res. 42, disapproving the
action of the District of Columbia Council in approving the
Comprehensive Policing and Justice Reform Amendment Act of 2022, and
vote on passage thereon at 2:30 p.m.
