  Mental Health Awareness in Agriculture Day:  Committee on the 
Judiciary was discharged from further consideration of S. Res. 710, 
supporting the designation of May 29, 2024, as “Mental Health 
Awareness in Agriculture Day” to raise awareness around mental health 
in the agricultural industry and workforce and to continue to reduce 
stigma associated with mental illness, and the resolution was then 
agreed to.

Oler Nomination--Agreement: Senate resumed consideration of the 
nomination of Katherine E. Oler, of the District of Columbia, to be an 
Associate Judge of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.

  By 50 yeas to 39 nays (Vote No. EX. 198), Senate agreed to the motion 
to close further debate on the nomination.
