Kathleen Costello, of Pennsylvania, to be United States District Judge
for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania; that the motion to invoke
cloture with respect to the nomination ripen at 11:30 a.m., and that if
cloture is invoked on the nomination, the vote on confirmation of the
nomination occur at a time to be determined by the Majority Leader in
consultation with the Republican Leader; and that at 2:15 p.m., Senate
resume consideration of the motion to proceed to consideration of S.
4445, to protect and expand nationwide access to fertility treatment,
including in vitro fertilization, and that the Majority Leader be
recognized at 3:30 p.m.
