  Certain Rules of the Environmental Protection Agency: By 52 yeas to 
46 nays (Vote No. 142), Senate failed to pass S. 4072, to prohibit the 
use of funds to implement, administer, or enforce certain rules of the 
Environmental Protection Agency, by the order of the Senate of Friday, 
March 22, 2024, 60 Senators not having voted in the affirmative.

Reforming Intelligence and Securing America Act--Agreement: Senate 
continued consideration of the motion to proceed to consideration of 
H.R. 7888, to reform the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978.
