Senate the House message to accompany S. 870, to amend the Federal Fire
Prevention and Control Act of 1974 to authorize appropriations for the
United States Fire Administration and firefighter assistance grant
programs, and the Leader, or his designee, be recognized to make a
motion to concur in the House amendments; that there be up to two hours
of debate, equally divided, and upon the use or yielding back of that
time, Senate vote on the motion to concur in the House amendments
without further intervening action of debate.
