Unleashing American Innovators Act Technical Correction: Committee
on the Judiciary was discharged from further consideration of S. 3960,
to amend title 35, United States Code, to provide a good faith
exception to the imposition of fines for false assertions and
certifications, and the bill was then passed.

National Pollinator Week: Senate agreed to S. Res. 747, recognizing
the importance of pollinators to ecosystem health and agriculture in
the United States by designating June 16 through June 22, 2024, as

Board of Visitors of the U.S. Coast Guard Academy: The Chair, on
behalf of the Vice President, pursuant to 14 U.S.C. 194(a), as amended
by Public Law 101-595, and further amended by Public Law 113-281, and
upon the recommendation of the Majority Leader, appointed the following
Senators to the Board of Visitors of the U.S. Coast Guard Academy:
