unanimous-consent agreement was reached providing that the Committee on
Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs be discharged from further
consideration of H.R. 4693, to provide that the Federal Reports
Elimination and Sunset Act of 1995 does not apply to certain reports
required to be submitted by the Tennessee Valley Authority, and the
bill be referred to the Committee on Environment and Public Works.
