5G Spectrum Authority Licensing Enforcement Act: Committee on
Commerce, Science, and Transportation was discharged from further
consideration of S. 2787, to authorize the Federal Communications
Commission to process applications for spectrum licenses from
applicants who were successful bidders in an auction before the
authority of the Commission to conduct auctions expired on March 9,
2023, and the bill was then passed.

Cloture: Senate began consideration of the motion to proceed to
consideration of H.R. 3539, to amend title 49, United States Code, to
reauthorize and improve the Federal Aviation Administration and other
