  S. 484, to require the Secretary of Commerce to provide training and

nomination of Elizabeth H. Richard, of Virginia, to be Coordinator for 
Counterterrorism, with the rank and status of Ambassador at Large.

nomination of Richard E.N. Federico, of Kansas, to be United States 
Circuit Judge for the Tenth Circuit.

in accordance with the provisions of Rule XXII of the Standing Rules of 
the Senate, a vote on cloture will occur upon disposition of H.R. 815, 
to amend title 38, United States Code, to make certain improvements 
relating to the eligibility of veterans to receive reimbursement for 
emergency treatment furnished through the Veterans Community Care 
program.
