Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2024--Agreement: A unanimous-consent
agreement was reached to print and include in the Congressional Record
at the appropriate place the joint explanatory statement to accompany
H.R. 4366, making appropriations for military construction, the
Department of Veterans Affairs, and related agencies for the fiscal
year ending September 30, 2024, with the technical and conforming edits
made in the copy at the desk, including the removal of a House CPF
project and Senate CDS project, both at the request of Members.

Transmitting, pursuant to law, a report of the continuation of the
national emergency that was originally declared in Executive Order

confirmation of the nomination; and that if cloture is invoked on the

Merit Systems Protection Board, all time be considered expired at 5:45
