Gorordo Nomination--Agreement: Senate resumed consideration of the 
nomination of L. Felice Gorordo, of Florida, to be United States 
Alternate Executive Director of the International Bank for 
Reconstruction and Development.

  By 53 yeas to 42 nays (Vote No. EX. 116), Senate agreed to the motion 
to close further debate on the nomination.

Gupta, of Virginia, to be Ambassador at Large for Global Women's 
Issues, and vote on confirmation of the nomination at 5:30 p.m.

nomination of Bradley N. Garcia, of Maryland, to be United States
