of New York; that the motions to invoke cloture filed during the 
session of Monday, July 29, 2024 ripen at 11:30 a.m., on Wednesday, 
July 31, 2024; that if cloture is invoked on the nomination of Meredith 
A. Vacca, all time be considered expired at 2:30 p.m.; and that if 
cloture is invoked on the nomination of Joseph Francis Saporito, Jr., 
of Pennsylvania, to be United States District Judge for the Middle 
District of Pennsylvania, all time be considered expired at 5:30 p.m.
