Duck Stamp Act of 2013 to allow the Secretary of the Interior to issue
electronic stamps under such Act, after agreeing to the motion to
proceed, and taking action on the following amendment proposed thereto:

Murray Amendment No. 1381, as amended, if amended, be agreed to, and
