Noti Nomination--Agreement: A unanimous-consent agreement was reached
providing that at approximately 10 a.m., on Thursday, March 7, 2024,
Senate resume consideration of the nomination of Adrienne Jennings
Noti, of the District of Columbia, to be an Associate Judge of the
Superior Court of the District of Columbia; that the motion to invoke
cloture with respect to the nomination ripen at 11:45 a.m.; that if
cloture is invoked on the nomination, and notwithstanding Rule XXII,
Senate execute the order of February 29, 2024, with respect to S. 3853,
to extend the period for filing claims under the Radiation Exposure
Compensation Act and to provide for compensation under such Act for
claims relating to Manhattan Project waste, and to improve compensation
for workers involved in uranium mining, and that Senate vote on passage
of the bill at 2:15 p.m.; and that upon disposition of S. 3853, all
