nomination of Dilawar Syed, of California, to be Deputy Administrator 
of the Small Business Administration.

to close further debate on the nomination.

nomination of Molly R. Silfen, of the District of Columbia, to be a 
Judge of the United States Court of Federal Claims for a term of 
fifteen years.

consideration of the nomination at approximately 10 a.m., on Thursday,

followed by a vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of
