3:32 p.m. Majority Leader Schumer placed S. 2178 on the calendar under Rule 14.
3:36 p.m. Republican Leader McConnell spoke about Chemical Weapons and SCOTUS.
4:25 p.m. Senator Reed spoke on General and flag officer nominations. Senator Reed asked unanimous consent to call up the nomination of General Eric M. Smith to be Commandant of the Marine Corps. Senator Tuberville objected.
