3:31 p.m. - Republican Leader McConnell spoke about the 22nd anniversary of September 11th, Ukraine and Crime.

3:42 p.m. - Senator Durbin spoke about the 22nd anniversary of September 11th, NATO, e-cigarettes and appropriations.

4:16 p.m. - Senator Tuberville spoke on September 11th, the withdrawal from Afghanistan, and the vaccine mandate for the military.

4:34 p.m. - Senator Grassley spoke on healthcare.
