4:03 p.m. - Senator Murray moved to suspend Rule 16 for the consideration of amendment #1092 to H.R. 4366, the vehicle for MilCon, VA, Agriculture, and THUD appropriations. and then filed cloture on the motion to suspend the rules. Then, Majority Leader Schumer made a motion to commit H. R. 4366 to the Appropriations Committee with instructions to report back forthwith with an amendment #1230. Finally, Senator Murray spoke on the bill.
