11:03 a.m. - The Senate began voting on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Admiral Lisa Franchetti to be Chief of Naval Operations.
11:59 p.m. - By a vote of 95-1, the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Admiral Lisa Franchetti to be Chief of Naval Operations was agreed to. Senator Marshall voted no. Senators Lee, Scott (FL), Scott (SC), and Tillis did not vote.

1:21 p.m. - The Senate is now voting on confirmation of Gen. David Allvin to be Chief of Staff for the Air Force.

2:02 p.m. - The Senate began voting on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Lt. Gen. Christopher Mahoney to be the Assistant Commandant of the Marine Corps.
2:22 p.m. - By a vote 91-0, the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of of Lt. Gen. Christopher Mahoney to be the Assistant Commandant of the Marine Corps was agreed to. Senators not voting: Braun, Cotton, Cramer, Cruz, Hyde-Smith, Lee, Scott (FL), Scott (SC), and Tillis.
3:07 p.m. - By a vote of 86-0, the nomination of Lt. Gen. Christopher Mahoney to be the Assistant Commandant of the Marine Corp was confirmed. Not voting: Senators Braun, Cotton, Cramer, Cruz, Hyde-Smith, Lee, Markey, Moran, Paul, Schmitt, Scott (FL), Scott (SC), Tillis and Wicker.
