10:32 a.m. - Senator Murray spoke on the motion to proceed to the appropriations bill.

10:33 a.m. - The Senate began a roll call vote on the motion to proceed to H.R. 4366, the military construction, Veterans Affairs, Agriculture, Transportation, and Housing and Urban Development appropriations bill.

11:43 a.m. - By a vote of 91-7, the Senate agreed to the Motion to Proceed to H.R. 4366, the military construction, Veterans Affairs, Agriculture, Transportation, and Housing and Urban Development appropriations bill. Senators Duckworth and Lujan did not vote. Senators Braun, Cruz, Hawley, Lummis, Ricketts, Schmitt, and Scott (FL) voted no.
