Senators Blackburn, Braun, Britt, Budd, Cruz, Daines, Fischer, Hagerty, Hawley, Johnson, Lee, Lummis, Marshall, Paul, Ricketts, Schmitt, Scott (FL), Tuberville and Vance voted No.
