4:40 p.m. - Senator Durbin spoke about appropriations process and the UAW strike.

4:42 p.m. - Senator Blackburn spoke on HHS Secretary Becerra.

4:59 p.m. - Senator Collins spoke in support of the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to H.R. 3935, FAA Reauthorization.

5:08 p.m. - Senator Welch spoke on appropriations and the after effects of the July flooding in Vermont.

5:29 p.m. - Senator Murray spoke on appropriations.

Senators Blackburn, Braun, Britt, Budd, Cruz, Daines, Fischer, Hagerty, Hawley, Johnson, Lee, Lummis, Marshall, Paul, Ricketts, Schmitt, Scott (FL), Tuberville and Vance voted No.
