Senators Capito, Collins, Cornyn, Crapo, Graham, Grassley, McConnell, Murkowski, Paul, Ricketts, Risch, Romney, Rounds, Tillis, Wicker and Young voted in favor.
12:42 p.m. The Senate is now voting on the motion to invoke cloture on Brendan Hurson to be United States District Judge for the District of Maryland
1:20 p.m. By a vote of 54-44, the Senate invoked cloture on Brendan Hurson to be United States District Judge for the District of Maryland. Senators Collins, Graham voted in favor. Senators Hawley and Scott (SC) did not vote.

2:15 p.m. The Senate reconvened and began a roll call vote on confirmation of Brendan Hurson to be United States District Judge for the District of Maryland.
3:06 p.m. By a vote of 53-44, the Senate confirmed the nomination of Brendan Hurson to be United States District Judge for the District of Maryland. Senators Collins, Graham, and Murkowski voted in favor. Senators Hawley, Sanders and Scott of South Carolina did not vote.
3:07 p.m. The Senate began a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Susan Kim DeClercq to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Michigan.
4:01 p.m. By a vote of 54-44, the Senate invoked couture on Susan Kim DeClercq to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Michigan. Senators Collins, Graham and Murkowski voted in favor. Senators Hawley and Scott of South Carolina did not vote.

9:13 p.m. Majority Leader Schumer filed cloture on the following: Jennifer Hall to be a district judge for Delaware, Julia Munley to be a district judge for the middle district of Pennsylvania, Karla Gilbride to be General Counsel of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
9:18 p.m. Majority Leader Schumer passed the following by unanimous consent en bloc: S Res 398 399 401 402 403 404 405. S Res 400, regarding Senator Feinstein was passed by UC.
