CLOTURE MOTION (S5793-2)
4:34 p.m. - The Senate began a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to H.R. 815, the legislative vehicle for supplemental appropriations.
5:35 p.m. - The Senate did not invoke cloture on the motion to proceed, 49-51. Senator Sanders voted against, and Majority Leader Schumer changed his vote in order to offer a motion to reconsider.
5:36 p.m. - Majority Leader Schumer spoke on the supplemental.
5:38 p.m. - Senator Murray spoke on the supplemental.
